Refund policy
No Returns Policy At our store, we do not offer returns. However, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service for troubleshooting any issues you may encounter. If a defect is found to be unfixable after completing troubleshooting tasks, including software updates and video chat calls with our support team, we will provide a free replacement. This is contingent on verifying that all attempts have been made to resolve the issue.
Overseas Shipping and Exceptions As our devices ship from overseas, we do not offer free returns. In rare cases, we may make a one-time exception for returns, subject to a 33% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, or used items. This includes sublimation printing film and printer sublimation ink, which are non-refundable once opened.
Refunds and Inspection Refunds for machines will only be issued after the machine is received and inspected. The machine must be free of damage and show no unreasonable wear and tear to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs We do not cover any return shipping costs, except as mentioned in the one-time exception above.
